Hemingways Bar – a bar with a view
Take the lift up to the tower and step straight into Hemingway’s world. Sit outside under the open sky when the weather allows – or settle in indoors among well-worn armchairs, bookshelves and Cuban atmosphere. We serve wine, beer, sparkling wine, cocktails – and, of course, rum in all its varieties.
The bar is named after Ernest Hemingway – author, bon vivant and lover of Cuba – and is filled with rum, stories and evening sunshine. A place for conversation and quiet moments, laughter and sunsets.
Opening hours:
Friday–Saturday, 4 pm–11 pm
(During the summer, we have extended opening hours.)
